Regional Property Manager

Regional Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of beautiful, conventional multifamily communities located throughout Greater Knoxville, TN
. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-capitalized, stable, and expanding owner-operator that continues to grow its footprint through acquisition and new development.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes pride in operational excellence, and is passionate about building strong teams and great resident experiences.

• Oversee the operational performance of a regional portfolio of conventional multifamily communities, ensuring each property meets or exceeds budgeted financial, occupancy, and resident satisfaction goals.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Community Managers and on-site teams, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Analyze property performance and implement strategies to drive NOI growth, control expenses, and optimize revenue through effective rent management and marketing initiatives.
• Partner with maintenance teams to ensure asset preservation, safety, and high-quality curb appeal across all communities.
• Monitor leasing, renewals, and resident retention efforts to sustain strong occupancy and positive resident relationships.
• Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership to develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies that align with company goals.
• Review financial statements, prepare variance reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support due diligence and onboarding for new acquisitions or development lease-ups within the region.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

• Minimum of 5+ years of multifamily property management experience
  , including regional or multi-site oversight

• Proven track record of success managing conventional apartment communities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate teams across multiple locations.
• Deep understanding of property operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, Real Page, Entrata, or similar).
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
