OVERALL

OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To Act as a role model for the company'semployees as the day-to-day tasks according to the work instructions and/or company policies.

PRIMARY CUSTOMER FOCUS

To ensure the company's Standard of Excellence, which includes quality, safety and functionality, is evident in the work completed by the Project Management Team, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
  • Accountable for developing and coordinating carefully designed and approved action plans to successfully complete projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all aspects of the Operations activities, including Engineering, Sales and Customer; ensure all parties maintain close communication and coordination regarding project status and milestones; maintain project schedules and report status in weekly Program Reviews.
  • Work with Purchasing to ensure that all long lead items are identified and ordered in a timely manner in support of the project schedules.
  • Document and communicate project status, obstacles and resolutions to management; ability to listen, persuade and achieve win-win negotiation.
  • Develop and manage schedules and budgets for each assigned project.
  • Lead project internal team meetings, subcontractor meetings, project kick-off meetings, and completion meetings.
  • Participate in pre-construction activities, including estimating, value engineering, and constructibility reviews.
  • Originate and track essential documents and protect the company's risk.
  • Resolve disputes as necessary within assigned authorization limits.
  • Manage and report all financial projections for all assigned project costs.
  • Act as primary owner of Capital Budget for projects.
  • Manage and report all Capital spending for projects.
  • Maintain confidently in all sensitive matters.
