We’re hiring a Building Maintenance Specialist to perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency response for commercial properties in Knoxville.
Responsibilities- Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Complete work orders and document via mobile app
- Conduct property inspections with management
- Handle after-hours emergency calls when needed
- Preventative maintenance: lights, drains, roofs, filters, plumbing checks
- Maintain vacant spaces and prepare for new tenants
- Track supply orders and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with property managers and tenants
- Previous experience in building or facilities maintenance
- Skilled in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Good communication and teamwork
