RISE Vols, our on-campus community at the University of Tennessee, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lead Housekeeper to join our team. • Hourly Rate: Starting at $21.50 based on experience

• Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff
• Plan weekly work schedules and manage supply inventories
• Perform daily custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, window washing, trash removal, and more
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in common areas, offices, stairways, and restrooms
• Conduct property inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Support snow and ice removal efforts as needed
• Ensure compliance with RISE policies and training standards

• Previous custodial supervisory experience is required
• 1-2 years of related custodial experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage priorities
• Physical ability to perform manual labor throughout the day
• Passion for cleanliness, organization, and teamwork
