Overview:

A highly regarded law firm is seeking an Experienced Transactional Attorney with at least seven years of practice experience. The firm is looking for a motivated attorney who can step into a leadership role, establish, and grow their own practice within the firm.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 7 years of transactional law experience
• Strong background in business and corporate transactions
• Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships
• Licensed to practice in Tennessee, or ability to become licensed
