As an experienced associate at Kramer Rayson, you’ll join a dynamic, welcoming team that values open communication, teamwork, and work–life balance. We are seeking an attorney with at least three years of practice experience who is ready to take on meaningful responsibility and contribute immediately to client matters. You’ll work alongside respected legal professionals while continuing to grow your skills through ongoing professional development and mentorship.

Whether you're conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, advising clients, or appearing in court, your prior experience will help you play a key role in delivering the high‑quality service our clients expect.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active Tennessee law license
  • Minimum 3 years' experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
