Core PurposeThe Law Clerk position is a part-time position that will provide support to the legal department, perform legal research, and assist in drafting and delivering legal documents.

- Assists general counsel, legal counsel, and staff attorney with their primary duties.
- Researches and interprets laws, rulings, and regulations for specific matters.
- Conducts legal research and analysis.
- Prepares memoranda and briefs on legal issues.
- Prepares initial drafts of legal documents.
- Runs errands – including delivering documents to court and clients.
- Maintains a strong sense of confidentiality and comply with company policies.
- Additional projects as assigned
- Currently enrolled at an ABA accredited law school
- Organized with strong conceptual and research skills
- Flexible schedule with a commitment to attendance
- Critical thinker who displays accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
