The Ebbert Law Firm is expanding its team and seeking attorneys with a minimum of three to five years of post‑graduation experience. Our firm focuses on providing legal support to small and medium‑sized enterprises across different sectors, with a strong emphasis on labor and employment matters. Additionally, we offer estate planning and probate services tailored to individual clients' needs.
Responsibilities- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions for cases
- Supervise administrative staff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action
- Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
- Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings
- Qualified candidates must be members in good standing with the TN State Bar.
- A Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and at least 2 years of relevant experience post‑graduation.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a law firm setting.
- Strong background in litigation and exceptional communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing, research, and analysis, along with impressive academic credentials.
- The candidate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting interviews, and managing caseloads effectively.
- Ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships, understand their specific requirements, and deliver viable solutions.
- Preferred experience in employment law and business law, particularly on the management side.
