• Verify and provide accurate electronic estimates for vehicle repairs so clients can determine fair settlement amounts.
• Conduct assignments by speaking with owners or representatives, researching records, and inspecting properties to client and claimant satisfaction.

• 1+ years of field claims experience, including auto claims.
• Electronic estimating experience using platforms such as Mitchell, CCC, Audatex.
• 1+ year of strong customer service and conflict resolution competency.
• 1+ year of independent, self‑motivated work.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and adaptability.
• Capability to contact Alacrity clients to complete inspections/appraisals within required time frames.
• Smartphone or device capable of taking high‑quality photos and transmitting them.

• Handle all assignments promptly and effectively to conclusion, making decisions within delegated authority.
• Maintain updated knowledge of local repair procedures, market pricing, and state regulations.
• Submit detailed inspection reports summarizing damages and potential open items.
• Identify questionable damages, communicate findings with clients, and negotiate repair operations and costs.
• Navigate daily routes efficiently using Alacrity’s Optimizer Automation tool.
• Inspect vehicles comprehensively, both interior and exterior, visually and manually.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
• Meet cycle‑time and quality KPIs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Articulate decisions and technical knowledge verbally and in writing.
• Maintain reliable transportation, a valid state driver’s license, and a safe driving record.
• Present professional business attire and appearance when serving the public.

• State license required (if applicable).
• Appraiser’s license – if applicable to location.
• Adjuster’s license – if applicable to location.
• I‑CAR certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous auto estimating experience required.
• Experience with Mitchell, CCC, Audatex a plus.

• Self‑determined scheduling with the ability to manage your day.
• Potential annual earnings: $85K – $165K (estimate based on payment rate and file volume).

• 100% travel required within the designated territory.
• Field work may involve driving up to 8 hours per day, making physical inspections outdoors in all weather.
• Available for catastrophic loss events and irregular hours; overnight travel beneficial.
