We are seeking a motivated Help Desk Associate to provide first-line IT support and maintain local IT infrastructure for our Knoxville office. This role offers an opportunity to work with diverse technologies, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support end users across a variety of IT services.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting desktop, network, collaboration, and mobile technologies.

Key Responsibilities Help Desk Operations
  • Provide first-line support for IT requests and incidents
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Assist in developing procedures, work instructions, and support documentation
  • Participate in the rollout of new technologies and services
Local Infrastructure & Deskside Support
  • Deploy and maintain end-user hardware, peripherals, and collaboration tools
  • Diagnose and resolve infrastructure, hardware, and software issues
  • Maintain and troubleshoot local network and IT infrastructure
  • Support end-user performance issues and improve service standards
Mobility & Wireless Support
  • Configure and support mobile devices, tablets, and enterprise mobility management services
  • Identify and resolve mobility and wireless issues for internal users
  • Contribute to deployment and rollout of new technologies
IT Service Management Support
  • Assist with day-to-day IT service management processes
  • Help define process guides, data requirements, and performance metrics
  • Support performance analysis and ensure adherence to IT service policies
Qualifications
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with hardware, software, networking, and mobile device support
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT tasks
  • On-site role in Knoxville, TN
  • Opportunities to support global IT infrastructure and projects
