Campaign Manager, IT​/Tech

Location:
Knoxville, TN (Hybrid – 1–2 days onsite)

Pay Rate: $40/hr on W2 (No benefits)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Campaign Manager to execute sold digital campaigns with a strong focus on video and display advertising across web, mobile, and CTV platforms. This role requires expertise in campaign setup, trafficking, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• QA creatives against site and industry specifications
• Communicate creative issues with internal stakeholders
• Set up, schedule, and traffic campaigns in Google Ad Manager and Free Wheel
• Manage video, display, and native formats across live, on-demand, vertical, and addressable content

• Create and manage test pages for various creative types
• Investigate rendering issues and delivery discrepancies
• Resolve or escalate ad‑serving, reporting, and delivery concerns

• Ensure flawless campaign launches
• Monitor 1st‑ and 3rd‑party delivery
• Prepare and deliver internal campaign reports
• Track performance and recommend optimizations
• Identify opportunities to exceed campaign goals
• Provide weekend and after‑hours support as needed

• Improve processes and system integrations
• Maintain and update documentation
• Recommend operational efficiency improvements

• 1+ year of Digital Trafficking experience (Google Ad Manager and/or Free Wheel)
• 2+ years of Data Analysis experience (Excel, Smart Sheets, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• 1+ year experience with Salesforce and Operative One

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with Looker

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
