About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Systems Administrator to support and grow within our modern cloud‑centric IT environment. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365
, Intune
, and basic network/security fundamentals, plus exposure to Fortinet
, and foundational SharePoint administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage user accounts, security groups, and licenses in Microsoft 365 / Azure AD.
  • Provide Tier 1–2 support for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and One Drive.
  • Assist with mailbox creation, shared mailbox management, and basic email flow troubleshooting.
  • Monitor M365 service health and escalate issues as needed.
SharePoint Online Administration (Basic)
  • Create and manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, and basic site structure.
  • Manage permissions, access requests, and sharing settings.
  • Support end users with file access, versioning, and collaboration issues.
  • Assist with SharePoint Online governance, organization, and cleanup tasks.
Intune / Endpoint Management
  • Enroll and support Windows/iOS/Android devices using Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
  • Apply and manage device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app deployments.
  • Assist with Autopilot provisioning and device lifecycle management.
Fortinet Network Support
  • Provide first‑level support for Forti Gate firewalls and Forti Switch infrastructure.
  • Monitor firewall and switch status (interfaces, VPN tunnels, alerts) and escalate issues.
  • Assist with user VPN accounts, MFA enforcement, and basic troubleshooting of SSL/IPSec VPN access.
  • Help maintain documentation of network topology and change management.
  • Monitor Security alerts and assist with basic endpoint threat remediation under guidance.
  • Ensure agents are up-to-date and correctly deployed across endpoints.
  • Help investigate low‑severity alerts and escalate suspicious activity to senior team members.
General Support & Operations
  • Provide daily Tier 1–2 IT support (Windows, connectivity, MFA, application issues).
  • Assist with hardware setup, imaging/provisioning, and equipment lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain asset inventory and documentation (processes, SOPs, KB articles).
  • Participate in security initiatives and follow established IT policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • 2 – 4 years’ experience in help desk, tech support, or junior sysadmin role.
  • Working knowledge of:
  • Basic SharePoint administration
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (VLANs, DHCP, DNS, routing).
  • Familiarity with endpoint security tools or EDR platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and customer‑service orientation.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Exposure to Fortinet (Forti Gate, Forti Switch, Forti

    AP, Forti Client VPN).
  • Experience with EDR platforms.
  • Basic Power Shell (user management scripts, reporting).
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.
