Requirements Must have:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in IT support
- Proficient troubleshooting and communication skills
- Fundamental understanding of networking concepts
- Capability to work on-site and engage with users directly
- Addressing and resolving help desk inquiries

- Recording solutions and procedures for future reference
We are looking for an IT Systems Support Analyst to deliver top-notch technical assistance to our internal users. This full-time role is based in our Knoxville, TN office, where you will be integral to troubleshooting and uniques.
