Summary of Position: Handle inbound calls, provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and utilize sales skills to increase customer loyalty and revenue while delivering excellent service.

• Provide technical support through troubleshooting and outstanding customer service.
• Use sales training to recommend and sell products that meet the customer’s needs, including subscriptions.
• Follow policies & procedures for quality and consistency.
• Consistently meet and/or exceed Customer Care Team accountabilities.

• High‑school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of customer support or sales experience in retail, restaurant, or call center.
• Ability to work in‑office as required.
• Strong critical thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Computer proficiency (Windows, multi‑system navigation).
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with change.
• Keyboarding 40 WPM.
