We are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Manager for a well-established Tech Company. This role will be hybrid here in Atlanta. In this role, you will establish KPIs, cadences, and drive down time-to-hire. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in leadership, staffing, and corporate recruiting.
We’re adding a hands-on manager to our talent team. You'll lead a high-performing, high-volume team at a SaaS company. You’ll partner with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.
What You’ll Do- Evolve our talent acquisition strategy, aligning it with company growth plans and workforce needs.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing recruiting team.
- Optimize talent acquisition operations and reporting.
- Maximize use of Paycom ATS.
- Personally recruit and fill high-profile roles.
- Create a consistently excellent candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- Develop strategic partnerships with universities and community groups to create a talent pipeline.
- This role is hybrid - 4 days in office each week.
