RemX Recruiting Firm is pleased to represent a growing, start-up company in West Knoxville that is preparing to go public. To prepare for this IPO, the company is ready to hire an experienced HUMAN RESOURCE professional who can also assist with accounting duties (payroll, AP and AR if needed).

• Minimum of 3 years professional HR experience-
  - prefer start-up or small business
• ADP experience to handle payroll for the company
• Strong understanding of payroll, benefits administration and employment compliance
• Top communication skills--both oral and written
• Prefer HR certification (
  SHRM-CP, PHR
  )

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, offboarding
• Develop & maintain HR policies, handbooks, employee documentation
• Oversee payroll, benefits and attendance systems
• Support performance reviews, employee matters, & provide guidance
• Ensure compliance
• Travel to West Virginia once a month to handle HR issues for plants there
