Details for Housekeeper | Room Attendant Position:

• Monday-Sunday-7am-3:30pm-$15.00
• Monday-Sunday-3pm-11:30pm-$16.00

• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Housekeeper | Room Attendant Position:

• Clean and sanitize rooms and furnishings per hospital policies and schedules to ensure high standards of cleanliness

• Stock supplies in restrooms and other designated areas

• Follow established cleaning schedules and methods for assigned areas

• Assist with cleaning emergency spills as needed

• Check assigned equipment daily for cleanliness and proper functioning

• Report repair needs for equipment, furnishings, and facilities

• Remove waste and soiled linens, properly handling and disposing of biohazardous materials

• Collect and transport trash to compactor, clean and reline trash cans when requested

• Monitor supply and equipment levels, notifying supervisor when replenishment is needed

• Inspect completed tasks and assigned areas regularly

• Adhere to safety standards, policies, and complete annual required training

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives as assigned

• Perform additional related duties following company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications and Desired Skills for Housekeeper | Room Attendant Position:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Provide resume and have interview

• Ability to stand for duration of shift

• Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs

• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
