Position Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented front desk receptionist to be responsible for administrative and clerical tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage a variety of tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Assists in the day-to-day operations of surgery and procedure coordination, including communication with patients, obtaining records, assisting patients with their documents and sign-in procedures, and reconciling patient balances.
  • Assists in the day-to-day operations of Med Spa, including anticipating, identifying, and ensuring client needs are being met in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Efficiently and cordially answers phones, educating clients on services/products.
  • Provide thorough and knowledgeable explanations of medical spa and products to optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Schedules and confirms all appointments according to spa protocols to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Fulfils product orders in a timely manner.
  • Assist in marketing and content creation.
  • The role may require handling additional responsibilities as needed to support Med Spa operations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year experience in medical/cosmetic surgery office setting.
  • Medical terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in office software and social media platforms.
