Position Summary: Smiley Aesthetics is looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Med Spa Clinic Manager/Lead Injector. This salaried position combines the roles of a skilled injector with the managerial duties of a clinic manager, reporting directly to the Director of Med Spa Operations .

• Manage daily inventory accurately with weekly reconciliation.
• Ensure sufficient supply levels andmaintainoperational hours.
• Share responsibility with another clinic manager to cover standard business hours, ensuring availability for walk-ins from8:30AM to 4:30 PM.
• Prioritize client experience and satisfaction while upholding high standards of quality and safety.
• Drive marketing initiatives and recruit new clients through both spa and personal social media platforms.
• Maintain a pristine spa environment at all times.
• Develop tailored treatment plans during client consultations.
• Deliver injectable treatments for facial aesthetics,utilizingproducts like Juvedermand Botox, andoperatemedical devices such as microneedling pens post-training.
• Conduct thorough charting and clinical documentation for each client.
• Recommendadditionaltreatments and skincare regimens based on client needs.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks as needed, including managing product needs and clinical inquiries from nearby injectors.
• Control operational expenses and manage waste efficiently.
• Ensuretimelybanking of cash earnings and manage client documentation, including before and after treatment photos.
• Attend and contribute to staff meetings.
• Mid-level providers are required to assist with Good Faith Exam (GFE) requests as part of their responsibilities.
• Working one Saturday per monthis required tosupport spa operations and accommodate client needs during high-demand periods.
• The role may require handlingadditionalresponsibilities as needed to support the clinic’s operations and team

• Must hold a current state license as an RN, NP, or PA with experience in the aesthetic field. Advanced Practice Degree - HIGHLY prefered.
• Professional demeanor with a passion for the aesthetics industry.

• Well-versed in various med spa services and skincare products.
• Mustmaintaincontinuing education credits annually and stay updated on industry products.
• Proficiency in technology and the use of email and EMRs
