Unit Director III of Biomedical Services

The Unit Director III of Biomedical Services will oversee and manage the operations of biomedical services to ensure excellent performance and compliance with safety standards. Primary responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing budgets, providing exceptional customer service, overseeing team staffing, as well as overseeing training programs and fostering leadership within the team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Viera East, FL.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure positive relationships and effective interactions with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in Budgeting and resource allocation to achieve operational and financial targets
• Proficiency in Training and staff development to foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing
• Proven ability in Team Leadership to manage and build high-performing, collaborative teams
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Previous experience in healthcare or biomedical engineering management is a plus
• Understanding of compliance standards and best practices in healthcare technology management
