ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a part-time Facilitator to lead psycho-educational group sessions at our Knoxville, TN facility. This on-site role involves planning and conducting structured group sessions focused personal responsibility for harmful behaviors in relationships, anger management skill-building, and emotional regulation. The Facilitator will work closely with clients to promote their well-being, maintain detailed records, and provide valuable feedback. Collaboration with colleagues to develop and adapt programming is also an integral part of this position.
Qualifications- Strong facilitation and group leadership skills, including the ability to foster open communication and manage group dynamics
- Background in mental health, counseling, psychology, or social work
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Ability to effectively relay psycho-educational content and create tailored session plans
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate session records and contributing to progress reporting
- Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of cultural competency
- Bachelor's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required
- Additional certifications or training in group therapy or mental health modalities are a plus
