RemX is pleased to represent a growing financial services, investment office in Knoxville, TN as they hire an ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE for its local office.

This is a 100% ONSITE ROLE and we are ideally seeking:

• AS or BS in a business field
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience with a financial services company working with brokers/financial statements/capital accounts OR similar experience requiring METICULOUS ATTENTION TO DETAIL
• Experience with reconciling (
  * VOLUME ACCTS)
• Experience with broker/dealers a huge plus!
• Confidential, professional and strong customer service mentality
• Good work ethic and good attendance in work history
• Consistent work history without multiple job changes
• Strong communication skills with client/customers--orally and written form
• Tech savvy and Advanced MS Office, Excel a must
