Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares and distributes financial and business related statements and analyses/research for the organization in areas such as financial and expense performance, rate of return, working capital, vendor performance and investments.
- Compiles and prepares a variety of financial and analytical support and forecasts in areas such as: general business conditions, sales, total and departmental procurement expenses and vendor performance.
- Identifies purchasing or vendor trends and reports issues to management; makes recommendations for issue resolution and assists in implementation to ensure successful completion.
- Requests, tracks, receives, distributes, validates and stores all required vendor and business unit owner documentation; distributes received documentation and process controls to the business unit owner for the required evaluations and monitoring processes.
- Ensures vendor risk assessments, rating, regulatory and or business unit owner requirements and functional requests are handled within established guidelines.
- Completes, passes and maintains an up to date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s).
- Performs all other duties as assigned
- Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 8+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
