Serve is a nationally‑recognized technical and engineering services firm that provides critical infrastructure engineering services to support national security. We deliver solutions across defense, energy, science, nuclear defense, nonproliferation, and environmental projects using a disciplined systems engineering approach and innovative software tools.

The successful candidate will design and develop civil engineering and stormwater infrastructure projects, including grading/drainage, storm culverts, sewer systems, detention ponds, roadway design, and utility infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and design for civil, stormwater, utility, and other infrastructure projects.
• Development of design drawings, calculations, specifications, and construction documents.
• Project management tasks such as scope, schedule, and budget development, ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Support for staffing and workload management.
• Serving as liaison with internal and external clients.
• Collecting field data and resolving field issues.
• Training junior staff.
• Performing related duties as assigned.

• Minimum B.S. in Civil Engineering with at least 8 years of related experience.
• Master’s degree in Engineering is a plus.
• PE registration (TN preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Client‑focused and advancement oriented.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with CAD (Micro Station and/or AutoCAD with Civil 3D), and other design software.
• Experience with storm drainage and utility design tools (Civil 3D Storm and Sanitary Analysis, SWMM, etc.).
• Proficiency in business software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• U.S. citizenship required for federal contracts.
