Responsibilities
As the Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager, you will lead the firm's water/wastewater initiatives in the region. Your role involves building relationships with municipal clients and advancing projects. You will work with existing staff and develop your own team, leading by example, maintaining professionalism, and demonstrating excellent communication skills. A strong understanding of water/wastewater principles and alignment with McGill’s vision of community development are essential.
Projects include treatment facility planning and design, raw water intakes, water distribution, booster pump stations, regional water planning, water system mapping, management plans, lift stations, sanitary sewer planning, asset management, and permitting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in water/wastewater plant design, including 3+ years managing projects or personnel.
- PE license.
- Valid driver’s license.
