Lead Engineer (M Force Partners)

We’re partnering with a long-standing engineering organization to bring on a Lead Engineer who can drive product development, guide project execution, and lead cross-functional teams. If you’re passionate about building high-quality products in a highly regulated environment, this role offers strong impact and visibility.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead engineering projects from concept through completion.
  • Coordinate and mentor team members across product development efforts.
  • Review reports, drawings, and test data to guide design improvements.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and product lifecycle milestones.
  • Support new product introductions and help modernize existing product lines.
  • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Represent the team and strengthen credibility within the industry.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally in product design, testing, or development.
  • Leadership experience guiding engineering teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in nuclear or other highly regulated industries (knowledge of 10

  • Background in vibration measurement or analysis is a bonus.
  • Proficiency with CAD tools and solid technical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance engineering needs with business goals and customer expectations.
  • PE or EIT required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Nuclear, Electrical, or related engineering field.
  • Office-based engineering role with hands-on interaction with test equipment and prototype components.
  • Occasional travel to customer sites.
  • Use of standard engineering tools, including oscilloscopes, signal generators, meters, and 3D modeling/printing tools.
