We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects across the Southeast. This role offers the chance to guide teams, shape infrastructure that strengthens local communities, and work alongside clients who truly value lasting partnerships.

You’ll be part of a civil engineering firm that’s been transforming communities across North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia for over 40 years. • Lead regional water and wastewater projects from planning to delivery, including treatment facilities, raw water intakes, booster pump stations, water distribution, and sanitary sewer systems.
• Serve as a “seller/doer,” developing and maintaining relationships with municipal clients and helping move projects forward.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage existing backlog and expand project opportunities.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, promoting collaboration and technical growth.
• Oversee permitting, asset management planning, and long‑term water system strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• 15 years of experience in water/wastewater plant design.
• Minimum of 3 years managing engineering projects and/or personnel.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
