Electrical Engineer – Automation & Design

Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 per year

• Review specifications to Standard offerings.
• Develop Technical Clarifications/Exceptions to Specifications.
• Support Sales Team during Proposal stage (technical support, client-facing support).
• Size equipment as needed.
• Prepare Proposal Drawings (e.g. P&, General Arrangement drawing, Component Lists).
• Obtain technical quotes for non-standard equipment/components.
• Develop (redline) Project P&.
• Specify Non-Standard Valves and Instruments.
• Work directly with Project Engineers during technical execution of project.
• Develop a Process Functional Description for Non-Standard products.
• Develop test procedures from specifications and standard test procedures.
• Approve drawings/BOMs per established procedures with input from sketches, calculations, specifications, etc.
• Prepare test reports as necessary for customer review and approval.
• Review technical manuals for drawings and component literature.

• BSME or BSChe.
• 5 years of Application Engineering experience within manufacturing.
