This role offers a base pay range of $69,500 to $95,500 per year. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

We’re seeking an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer eager to work on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business across state‑of‑the‑art industrial and commercial facilities.

• Accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, ensuring client expectations, scope, budget, and schedule alignment.
• Provide on‑site assistance during startup and coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead.
• Help design and optimize control systems for a variety of processes, working closely with architects, engineers, and designers.
• Develop P&IDs, size valves, specify instrumentation, document and model design information while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.
• Produce control system designs and develop options and optimizations for all aspects of process control, instrumentation, and automation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Instrumentation and Control.

• Working knowledge of DDC, PLC, DCS and other controls applications.
• Experience working with Data Centers.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Forward‑thinking, eager to learn best practices and contribute innovative ideas.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and broaden knowledge base.
• Collaboration skills, effective across multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for buildings and construction.
