• The Late Stay Teacher Aide assists the five Late Stay teachers with their daily routines. Functions include helping the youngest children move belongings to the Late Stay hallway, assisting with the start of nap time, and supervising children until all have been picked up for the day.

• Experience:
  
  At least 2-3 years of preschool experience. Experience in a Christian preschool is preferred.
• Professional Development:
  Participate in Little Rams team meetings and planning sessions. Complete professional development hours.
• Spiritual:
  Must have a clear testimony of personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and a lifestyle of biblical integrity. Must be an active member of a local church. Fully supportive of the decisions and loyal to the mission and leadership of the school and Grace Baptist Church. Passion for connecting with teachers, students, and families to support student/teacher success within a Christian environment.
• Additional Skills/Requirements:
  Ability to consistently work each weekday from 1:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Maintain a positive attitude and flexibility.
