Part Time (Monday - Thursday 8:30 a.m.

- 3:30 p.m.)

The Pre-School Teacher will reflect high professional standards, integrity, and a commitment to excellence within a Christian Pre-School environment. The Pre-School Teacher selected for this position should have prior experience working with young children and in a classroom setting.

• Ability to articulate and integrate a biblical worldview in all aspects of teaching.
• Affirm and communicate doctrine consistent with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 revision, and The Nashville Statement.

• Lead the classroom with activities and classroom management.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the students.
• Establish and maintain a positive relationship with the student's family, and address concerns with parents.
• Establish a professional level of rapport with each family.
• Create and maintain an environment that is clean, organized, and safe for all children.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
