Salary: $750 / Week
The Special Education Assistant/Behavior Technician works in the classroom to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.
Responsibilities- Facilitate educational and behavioral services for children with special needs in the classroom.
- Collaborate with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.
- Earned a minimum of 48 college credit hours OR a passing score on the ETS Para Pro Exam
- 1-2 years of pediatric experience in a similar environment
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
