Momentum HCS is seeking a Locum MD/DO - Urgent Care physician for an opportunity in Knoxville, Tennessee. This role is ideal for physicians who are passionate about patient care and enjoy practicing medicine without the administrative burden of running a practice. Providers can focus on delivering high-quality urgent care services while maintaining an excellent work-life balance. Clinic hours are 8am-8pm Monday through Friday and 8am-5pm on weekends.

• Momentum HCS Urgent Care physicians evaluate and treat patients efficiently and effectively when immediate care is needed.
• Assess and treat adult and pediatric patients, including children as young as 6 months old
• Perform procedures requiring local anesthesia
• Conduct annual, sports, school, and pre-employment physicals
• Administer vaccinations
• Interpret diagnostic testing including laboratory results and X-rays

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• Active Tennessee medical license
• Active DEA
• DOT Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Current ACLS
• Registered with CAQH
