Full office staff - EMR:
Occuflex - Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
- Active TN license and DEA
- BLS/CPR, DOT/NCRME
- Certificate of Insurance (Col)
- Diagnosing & treating work-related injuries
- Performing pre-placement DOT
- Public safety and surveillance physical examinations
- Outpatient procedures:
Splinting, Suturing, Ability to Read & Interpret X-rays, Ability to Diagnose Orthopedic Injuries, No Casting, Anything Embedded in the Eye will be Referred Out - DOT and Pre-Employment Physicals & On-the-job Injuries
