Full Time Position Scope & Responsibilities:
George Armour Ewart, Architect, is seeking an Interior Designer with 4+ years of experience. We are a rapidly growing firm, licensed in 14 states, with work primarily in the Knoxville and East Tennessee region in a wide range of project types, including healthcare, retail, office, commercial, and industrial projects. This position is excellent for Interior Designers seeking career growth within the firm, design opportunities in a variety of project types, and extensive client contact.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical / design documentation skills, excellent communication skills, with capabilities in all phases of interior design project delivery.
Qualifications and Skills- B.S. Interior Architecture degree from an accredited professional degree program.
- Proven capability/exposure in all phases of the interior architectural documentation and construction process, from schematic design through contract administration.
- Experience in coordination of interdisciplinary design documentation including architectural, interior design, MEP and landscape architectural staff.
- 4+ years of progressive responsibility in a professional interior design practice.
- Proficiency with BIM platforms (Archicad and/or Revit).
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Paid Time Off: 2 week first year; 3 weeks: 2-6 years; 4 weeks: 7+ years
