Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly disciplined and proactive Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role serves as the primary interface between our clientele, sales organization, and finance department, ensuring seamless cross‑functional alignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end‑to‑end integrity of the order lifecycle—transitioning inquiries into fulfilled orders and secured revenue.

• Accurately process orders and provide confirmation to the customer within 24 hours of pricing, freight, and the expected delivery date.
• Generate and audit invoices prior to sending to the customer.
• Diligently follow up on collection of receivables and any short‑payments.
• Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist sales with needed reports. Aid in inventory management by ensuring any excess inventory is depleted.
• Maintain accurate records in the customer database.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues while maintaining professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
