Job Description

Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the dealership. Assist with service check‑ins and direct guests to sales or service staff. Answer basic questions and provide general dealership information and more.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the dealership
  • Assist with service check‑ins and direct guests to sales or service staff
  • Answer basic questions and provide general dealership information
  • Help ensure every visitor receives the exceptional experience expected from a Mercedes‑Benz dealership
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
  • Support administrative tasks such as phone calls, appointment confirmations, and guest logs
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors, sales consultants, and management
Requirements
  • Previous customer service or front‑desk experience preferred
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with customers
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Basic computer and phone system proficiency
  • Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
