Position is a part‑time, 20‑hour role in the West Town branch, in the United States.

Work Shift:

• Provide a distinctive client experience, engaging clients with a smile, conducting complex and standard transactions while uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital self‑service solutions including ATMs, online and mobile banking.
• Support team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls, checking for offers, and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to seamlessly deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients.
• Participate in all components of the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
• Commit to advancing individual and product knowledge by attending training and web‑based learning.
• Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures and risk management policies and stay informed of policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller or cash handling/client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills required for branch automation.
• Ability to multi‑task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel or overnight stays.

• One year of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Knowledge of advanced branch transactions, risk management and loss prevention.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting new clients.
• General understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures.
