Universal Banker – Part Time 20 Hours – West Town

Position is a part‑time, 20‑hour role in the West Town branch, in the United States.
Work Shift:

- Provide a distinctive client experience, engaging clients with a smile, conducting complex and standard transactions while uncovering needs.
- Educate clients on digital self‑service solutions including ATMs, online and mobile banking.
- Support team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls, checking for offers, and identifying client needs.
- Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to seamlessly deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients.
- Participate in all components of the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
- Commit to advancing individual and product knowledge by attending training and web‑based learning.
- Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures and risk management policies and stay informed of policy changes.
- Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of teller or cash handling/client service experience.
- Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills required for branch automation.
- Ability to multi‑task under time constraints.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs.
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel or overnight stays.
- One year of client relationship building or sales experience.
- Knowledge of advanced branch transactions, risk management and loss prevention.
- Experience sourcing and prospecting new clients.
- General understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures.
