Jewelry Television - Consumer Protection Accounts Receivable (Collections) Representative

As a Jewelry Television Collections Representative your centric focus would be dedicated to notifying and assisting customers regarding delinquent payments of their Stretch Pay accounts, researching customer order history patterns, and assisting with consumer protection related projects. Responsibilities:

  • Review delinquent Stretch Pay accounts prior to the mailing of correspondence concerning the delinquency of a customer account
  • Review and contact customers to provide another method of payment for their delinquent accounts all while exhibiting a high degree of courtesy and professionalism
  • Thoroughly document completed research for each order processed
  • Respond to incoming customer calls specific to delinquent payments
  • Represents JTV in a positive manner by exercising sound judgment and acting responsibly in the customer’s and the company’s best interest
  • Assist Supervisors with identified projects and reporting as needed
  • Updates existing delinquent customer account information as changes occur to their account


Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Proficient computer, data entry, and online navigation skills
  • Previous customer service, financial, collection or loss prevention experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others
  • Effective problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve sensitive issues in a professional manner
