Required Experience

Responsibilities
  • Lead CEI and construction oversight efforts on TDOT roadway and bridge projects
  • Serve as a senior owner’s-rep interface with TDOT Regional PMs, REs, and inspectors
  • Oversee Resident Engineers, inspectors, and field staff across multiple projects
  • Ensure compliance with TDOT specs, standards, documentation, and pay quantities
  • Provide guidance on constructability, quality, schedule, and risk mitigation
  • Support change management, claims awareness, and issue resolution
  • Represent the firm as a trusted TDOT partner, leveraging long-standing relationships
