. You'll be part of our Construction Services team, helping build projects that matter while learning and growing every step of the way.
- Conduct field and laboratory tests on concrete, soils, asphalt, and masonry.
- Perform inspections per IBC codes and document findings using Metafield®.
- Maintain equipment, ensure accurate and complete reporting, and support safety standards.
- Receive paid on‑the‑job training and support for certifications through ACI and ICC.
- Work outdoors year‑round, adapting to changing conditions and project schedules.
- Experience flexible hours, including early mornings, some Saturdays, and overtime (time and a half).
We seek a motivated individual ready to roll up sleeves, work outdoors, and embrace learning. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential.
Qualifications- High School diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated curiosity and a desire to obtain certifications.
- Strong work ethic and teamwork mindset.
- Attention to detail and effective communication skills in English.
- Basic math skills covering weight, volume, pressure, and units of measure.
- Understanding of a fluctuating schedule and occasional travel.
- Outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Walking over rough, uneven terrain and standing up to 12 hours a day.
- Routinely lifting and carrying 40‑50 lbs.
- Moving field equipment safely, such as a loaded wheelbarrow, on uneven construction sites.
- Working outside normal business hours and traveling to project sites.
