This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent that requires travel to job sites across the 13 states that we work. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, and enforce compliance with safety protocols. This role involves coordinating schedules, supervising subcontractors, managing resources, and troubleshooting site challenges.
The Superintendent will also ensure quality standards are upheld and foster clear communication among all project stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in Construction Site Management and ensuring Construction Safety compliance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in Budgeting and managing financial resources effectively
- Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and team coordination
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical documents, and construction plans
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Experience in commercial construction projects is highly desirable
