VP of Business Development and Marketing

Position Summary

The VP of Business Development & Marketing will oversee regional growth initiatives, manage and mentor marketing teams, and partner closely with executive and operational leadership to increase census, strengthen referral pipelines, and enhance market presence.

Skilled nursing experience is required.

• Develop and execute regional business development and marketing strategies for skilled nursing facilities
• Drive census growth through hospital, physician, ACO, and community referral relationships
• Lead, coach, and mentor business development and external marketing teams
• Analyze market trends, referral data, and competitor activity
• Partner with Administrators, DONs, and executive leadership to align growth strategies
• Represent the organization in the community and at healthcare networking events
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare marketing regulations

• Required:
  Skilled nursing / long-term care business development experience
• Proven leadership experience managing regional or multi-facility marketing teams
• Strong knowledge of hospital referral networks and discharge planning processes
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
