Job Summary

The Director of Franchise Sales oversees all franchise sales functions for iTrip, ensuring sustained pipeline growth, effective team leadership, and execution of a best‑in‑class franchise discovery and sales experience.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead, direct, and develop the Franchise Development Team to achieve iTrip’s franchise sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and conduct annual reviews.
  • Manage new market sales and collaborate with the iTrip GM on market resales.
  • Evaluate and improve sales processes, systems, and procedures for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Create, refine, and approve sales presentations, marketing materials, and scripts.
  • Vet and cultivate relationships with franchise broker groups and vendors.
  • Host testimonial videos and provide script guidance.
  • Deliver presentations to franchise candidates, brokers, and partner audiences.
  • Maintain detailed CRM documentation and train others in proper usage.
  • Track and present weekly updates on the franchise pipeline and candidate status.
  • Ensure all documentation reaches Accounting, Operations, and Executive teams.
  • Conduct data‑driven analysis of sales metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with Marketing and Training teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Represent Franchise Development on Inhabit calls and initiatives.
  • Conduct site visits to support candidate closings.
  • Attend broker conferences and trade shows, creating materials and delivering presentations.
  • Review franchise legal documents and monitor registration state compliance.
  • Research emerging vendors, broker groups, and technology to enhance sales performance.
  • Assist with travel coordination for the Franchise Development Team.
  • Establish strong relationships with franchisee candidates and referral sources.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Demonstrated success in consultative or franchise‑related sales
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to read, interpret, and edit legal documents
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Experience in the short‑term rental property management industry a plus
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience considered.
Work Environment
  • Hybrid;
    Knoxville, TN
  • In‑office work style: most team members work in the office Monday–Thursday and remotely Friday.
