Regional Business Director - Psychiatry

• $175k-$215k + bonus/commission + equity + great benefits
• Senior regional leadership role in a high-growth CNS/psychiatry portfolio

We’re partnering with an innovative biopharmaceutical organization building a modern, digitally enabled commercial model within psychiatry and CNS. This is a high-impact leadership role for proven frontline managers ready to step into broader regional responsibility and help drive a key brand through launch and growth phases.

The Regional Business Director is responsible for overall commercial performance across the Eastern and Northeastern Tennessee territory. This leader will inherit and scale an existing team of Specialty Account Managers, drive execution across live and virtual channels, coach and develop talent, and partner cross-functionally to maximize regional results. This is a hands-on, field-based role with direct influence on people, performance, and regional business planning.

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech field leadership experience
• Current or recent psychiatry experience (required)
• Demonstrated success leading and developing sales teams
• Proven performance in regional or multi-territory leadership roles
• Product launch experience strongly preferred
• Strong business acumen and comfort in fast-paced environments
• Must reside within the assigned geography
