Position OverviewAs an Executive Advisor at Culture Index, you will use behavioral analytics to help CEOs solve one of their most complex business challenges: aligning the right people with the right roles to drive performance. You will work directly with business leaders, providing strategic guidance on hiring, leadership, and culture with scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with CEOs, executives, and business owners
- Lead strategic conversations to identify business challenges
- Use Culture Index tools to analyze team performance and structure
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients
- Guide companies in hiring, leadership, and organizational growth
- Manage your own client portfolio and sales process
- Follow up consistently and build long-term partnerships
- Stay informed on business trends and client needs
- Attend training and development sessions to sharpen your skills
- Represent the Culture Index brand with professionalism and impact
- A strong track record in sales or consulting with proven results
- Experience advising businesses on strategy and growth
- Confidence and presence to influence executive leaders
- A self‑starter mindset—highly driven and independent
- Resilience and problem‑solving skills in complex situations
- The ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfort working with senior leadership teams
- Flexibility to adapt in fast‑changing environments

This is a 1099 contractor position. Earnings are commission‑based (or project‑based, etc.), and while you can make up to $150k annually, income may vary, especially in your first year.
