Job SummaryFaith Promise is looking for a full-time Central Facilities Associate who is passionate about joining a team that is going to Win the World. As the Central Facilities Associate you will be responsible for supporting the Facilities Department across all our campuses. This position requires an individual that is willing to do whatever it takes to create a standard of excellence for the facilities.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following items:
- Perform Periodic Maintenance
- Schedule and perform maintenance of the facilities and equipment
- Ensure we are maintaining equipment in accordance with maintenance guidelines
- Work with contractors to ensure facilities and equipment are in proper working order
- Support Ministry Areas
- Monitor and respond to support requests from the various ministries and campuses
- Help to create solutions that both promote good stewardship of the facilities and effective ministry across departments and campuses
- Travel to campuses to address various types of facility requests
- Assist in Recruiting and Leading Volunteers
- Assist the Facilities Manager in identifying and recruiting volunteers to complete required tasks
- Consistently identify items that could be completed by volunteers and empower them to complete the work
This position is a full-time, non-exempt role with an expected schedule of 40 hours per week. Benefit offerings include Medical Insurance, Health Savings Account, 403b Retirement, Life Insurance, Dental, Vision, Accident, and Critical Illness coverage. Employees also accrue paid Vacation and PTO time. Compensation is determined based on education and experience.
Basic Qualifications- Ability to lift heavy objects of 75+ lbs.
- Valid driver s license
- Ability to drive a scissor lift
- Must be able to communicate well with others, both verbal and written communication
- Must have working knowledge of tools and understanding of what tools are needed to complete tasks
- Previous experience in recruiting & leading volunteers
- Previous experience with facility maintenance and/or construction
- Previous experience driving trailers
