About The Role Food Sales East (FSE) is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Knoxville, TN. This administrative role supports our sales team and customers by ensuring timely, accurate order processing, communication, and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Perform detailed data and order entry with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with the sales team, customers, and vendors.
- Receive and organize incoming sample cases and other packages.
- Place sample orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Collaborate with local management to maintain daily office operations.
- Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth office workflow.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft 365 programs.
- Accuracy with 10key data entry and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and followup skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to teamwork.
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs or more.
- This is an onsite position based at our Knoxville, TN office.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
