Paradigm Technology is seeking an IT Project Administrative Assistant for our client (Public Utility). This is a twelve-month contract with probability of extension. Able to be onsite in Knoxville, TN when needed.
Summary- Oversee the coordination of project-related meetings by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing agendas, and ensuring all participants have the necessary materials and logistics in place
- Maintains organized and up-to-date project documentation, including tracking deliverables, preparing reports, updating project records, and supporting the creation of presentations or status summaries for stakeholders
- Acts as a central communication point for project teams by drafting and distributing correspondence, routing inquiries, supporting team collaboration, and ensuring timely information flow between internal and external stakeholders
- Provides day‑to‑day administrative support to project teams by handling operational tasks, assisting with project coordination activities, monitoring task progress, and helping maintain smooth project operations
- Collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, SAP Concur)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities and tasks
- 2+ years of administrative experience; project or IT support a plus
