• Process supplier invoices in compliance with GAAP guidelines and legal requirements.
• Manage payments due as assigned by accountable management.
• Resolve account discrepancies with vendors and suppliers.
• Respond to internal customer inquiries to support the Procure-to-Pay process.
• Collaborate with the purchasing organization to clarify issues and enhance workflow.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience working with Oracle or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
